1.3. Our services are subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team.
2.2. A booking confirmation will be sent via email or notification, containing all relevant details. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the provided information.
2.3. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment must be made at the time of booking, using our secure online payment system or any other accepted method.
3.2. All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Any additional charges, such as waiting time or extra stops, will be communicated and must be settled at the end of the journey.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time either any applicable bank charges or £10, whichever is greater.
4.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee.
4.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Changes to Bookings
5.1. Any changes to your booking, including pick-up time or location, must be requested at least 12 hours in advance.
5.2. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
6. Passenger and Luggage
6.1. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they have selected the appropriate vehicle for their needs.
6.2. Each vehicle has a maximum capacity for passengers and luggage. Please adhere to the limits specified during booking.
6.3. We are not liable for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings during transit.
7. Waiting Time and Delays
7.1. We offer a complimentary waiting time of 10 minutes for standard pick-ups and
1 hour for airport arrivals.
7.2. Additional waiting time will be charged according to our rates and must be paid at the end of the journey.
7.3. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
8. Conduct and Safety
8.1. Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner throughout the journey.
8.2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
8.3. Seat belts must be worn at all times, and passengers must comply with any safety instructions from the driver.
9. Liability
9.1. Ams Airport service is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9.2. We are not responsible for missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We are committed to safeguarding your data and will not share your details with third parties without your consent.
10.2. By using our services, you agree to our use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
11.2. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
